The minimum real estate investment requirement to obtain St Kitts Citizenship by Investment is 400,000 United States Dollars.

Once the real estate investment is made, the following Citizenship by Investment Government fees become due.

USD 50,000 for main applicant;

USD 25,000 for spouse of main applicant;

USD 25,000 for each child of main applicant who is under 18 years of age.

Where dependents over 18 years  but unemployed and attending university registration fee is USD 50,000
